Stacie Plassche - Art Director / Designer / 3D / AI / XR

I’m an Art Director, 3D Artist, and Designer focused on immersive experiences, real-time rendering, and emerging creative technology.

My foundation is in fine art, film, and photography, and that background continues to guide how I think about visual storytelling through composition, light, materiality, and rhythm. I started my career in 3D lighting and look development, eventually moving into lead roles and art direction across both 2D and 3D. That technical grounding still informs how I work today, allowing me to guide visual direction while staying close to craft and execution.

Recently, I’ve been leading and contributing to immersive and real-time projects across interactive platforms, while also developing hybrid workflows that combine traditional VFX with AI. I work daily with AI-assisted pipelines and helped build an internal artist tool focused on improving quality and streamlining collaboration across larger teams.

I’m a maker and problem solver working across systems, experiences, and emerging creative tools.
